CHCM Welcomes New Librarian

CHCM welcomes Franklin Sayre to the team as our new Librarian. Franklin is tasked with managing the READ Portal, which provides access to health care management literature for managers from the front lines to CEOs and policy makers.

Introducing the Hot Topics Page

The READ Portal is growing to serve its readers better. Starting this month, the librarian has introduced a Hot Topics page. This page features resources related to the most popular topic of the month. August 2011’s topic is Patient-Centered Care, and the hot topic page contains selected resources, industry links, and past READ articles posted on the subject.

If you would like to suggest a Hot Topic for the future, please send me your idea using the comments box.

Changes at the READ Portal

The READ Portal has been making changes in order to serve our readers better. The first change is a new sidebar on the home page. This sidebar, titled Most Popular Article by Month, contains a link to the most read article each month. If you have any suggestions on how else we can do to improve the portal, let us know by either leaving a comment or emailing the librarian.
